Do I need to be home for installation?
Usually not. Once your quote is approved and prepaid, we can normally complete the exterior installation without you being home, provided the agreed work areas and required power/access are available.
Is removal included?
Yes. Turnkey Seasonal Service includes professional post-season takedown for the agreed lighting display.
Where are the lights stored?
We remove, organize and store the turnkey lighting inventory off-season so you do not need to keep boxes of seasonal lighting at home.
Can I change colours next year?
Yes. Returning seasonal-service customers can choose from available standard colour combinations when renewing. Significant layout or specialty-lighting changes may affect the quote.
Why can pricing vary between homes?
Roofline length, number of levels, height, access, roof pitch, installation complexity and lighting design can all affect the final price. We provide one complete quote before work begins.
